Refund policy
Wonderwall has a 7-day return policy for stock rugs purchased online. Custom colored and sized rugs are not eligible for returns. There will be a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted once your rug passes the inspection process. The rug(s) must be shipped back to Wonderwall via FedEx or UPS and tracking must be provided. The customer must have the rug professionally wrapped and secure for shipping. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Wonderwall reserves the right to deny any return if the condition of the rug is not found in "like-new" condition.

Exclusions: Custom rugs which are either custom colored or custom sized, are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if a custom color or custom sized rug has not met your specifications.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective rug, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
